I purchased my T2290KWT-48 on 5/23/19 on July8, 2020 I took it in because there was an equipment failure! I checked on the following Saturday the employee told me they was backed up could not get to it till 7/13/20! I checked back on 7/15 they said they had to order a part should be in the next day, I checked in on the 17th they told me it will be at least a month the part is on back order! Now, 1st of all I bought a Kubota because I believed it was reliable product! I live next door to John Deer! Then I want to say make me understand why you can’t give a person a loaner mower if it is going to take this amount of time for an unforeseen problem? I can’t have my lawn grow up around my house! I don’t think I should have to pay someone to come cut my lawn when I am paying for a mower of this caliber! Maybe someone out here has some information about this or went...
Read moreI have a New 4x4 M-7060 Cab & Air Tractor with front-end loader. I purchased the tractor for the 2019 hay season however, I did get the chance to put it through some field work before winter set in pulling a 10ft brush hog over 60 acres up and down hills this past fall. I found that the breather screens stop up fast they must be cleaned often I was in waste high grass and had to stop about every two hours. Kubota has the pull out radiator on this tractor just for that reason luckily the job only takes about Ten minutes after you have done it a few times and know what you are doing. Other than that Great sound proof Tractor with Loads of Power and what I love best Great on diesel run all day long under a load never fuel up. The M-7060 is the biggest model you can get before you get into mixing the Def in...
Read moreI wish I had read the customer reviews before making the mistake of purchasing my Kubota. I have a Kubota that has a drive train warranty which does NOT expire until 2023. The rear end casting had a major failure and Kubota would not stand behind their sale or warranty. The tractor and equipment was specified and installed by Hammer Equipment in Nacogdoches, Texas. Kubota Corporation got involved, but would not stand behind the warranty. I offered to pay for a 3rd Party analysis to examine the cause of failure, but Kubota would not agree to that, probably because it may reflect a faulty casting. To repair the tractor would cost more than the original purchase price. I will never buy another...
