I am in a pretty big discussion with Kubota right now. Our lease for our ZD1211I72 started in August of 2017 and matured in August of 2020. Because My 96 year old dad and blind sister was unable to see that the lease had matured, Kubota Leasing just kept on charging Longview Country Club in Longview, TX $329.20 for 30 additional months without contacting anyone to say the lease had matured. I am the other daughter who just took over payables, receivables, etc. and I just now see that this is happening. I called to ask why we were still paying after the lease matured and they said it was in the contract that the customer must contact Kubota leasing to turn in the equipment or decide to buy it out. So, even though equipment was paid for they are still, after 30 months debiting our account for $329.20. We have now paid $9,876. past our lease and they said if I hadn't called today it would have continued until we called even if it was 10 years later. So, they have been charging us lease payments on equipment they don't even own. They just tell me to look at my contract. We've done business with Kubota for more than 30 years. I would expect Kubota to do the right thing no matter what the contract says. Shame on them! This can't even be possible that I am paying on paid off equipment. I feel our little family-owned golf course has been taken advantage of and Kubota won't do a thing about it. Any company that would take advantage of customers is not honorable nor reputable. I'd be careful before I did business with them. Shame on you, Kubota. We certainly will never do business...
Read moreZero stars are warranted for the process this companies employee's treat customers. I purchased a tractor from local dealer which offered attractive financing via KCC. The KCC has been deliquent in providing information and payment booklet, which they blame on Covid. I made payment as prescribed ( early in fact) and then received multiple calls regarding overdue payment. When checked into, I got copies of the check deposited into KCC citibank account but apparently not credited to my account. When presenting copies to KCC to show payment, they said they "would look into it." I have since received calls daily regarding overdue payment! Each time rehashing the above to which I am told we'll make a note on the account. But yet the calls persist. I've since called KCC to speak with a supervisor to get this issue settled and guess what; I get the same " we'll look into it" response as well as a load of attitude that "we're doing what we can to look into it". Really? Never once an " I'm sorry for your inconveince" or similar response. It seems no one in the KCC organization is capable of providing valid customer service or crediting the proper account with payment they received without an internal investigation. As my first experience with Kubota, it has not been a good one so far and I doubt I would ever do business with them again, nor recommend anyone one else do business either. Shameful customer service! Should have gone...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible . I pay with a check because it is easier for our accountant to keep track of the payments, as we are a small business and paper trails are ideal. I have been sending payments in by check for 5 years now and all of a sudden this past year, my checks conveniently aren't arriving on time. I send the checks out on the 30th of every month to be received by the 6th and up until this year no problem whatsoever. They sent me past due payments notices that arrive within 5 business days but try to tell me my checks aren't getting there for 3 weeks? The last letter said 12/17 was the date of notice but on 12/18 my check was cashed? This has happened four times already . And they really were like "we don't control the mail" I AM AWARE OF THAT AND NEITHER DO I but it is awfully convenient you send me a letter dated the day BEFORE you cash my checks! He did reimburse me most but not all of my late fees. I noticed these get sent to a p.o box I'm wondering if they check it everyday or checks are sitting there and then they grab them and blame the consumer. I told the guy on the phone "it is my responsibility to send the check out in time, but it is not my responsibility when you cash it. If you receive the check on time but don't cash it thats on you!". I will NEVER purchase anymore from Kubota just for these...
