Apparently, my last review was removed? I included photos, but I guess you’ll have to take my word on it. I’ve been a frequent customer of both Hospice locations for over 2 years. Unfortunately, the prices have become so incredibly ridiculous that I can’t spend my money here anymore. The prices for used very worn shoes was $20.00 today. Used ancient electronics untested for $60.00. Used shirts for $12.00. This isn’t worth your time at these prices, and the quality of the items is low. I have been going here for years & love the staff,however as of late I can not get over the prices. I understand it isfor a good cause in fact both my mother & brother were on hospice prior to thier passing but give me a break it's a second hand store & they are charging retail prices. I can only speak for myself when I say I love to thrift shop & due to finances shopping at a thrift store is feasible & the thought of it going to a good cause like Hospice it makes sense but I have to say I think I'm done with shopping here. Prices are ridiculous. They're charging brand new prices (or more) for items that are used and worn out. $55 for a smelly, cracked horseback riding helmet and $35 for a rusted cast iron pan are the sort of prices you can expect from these gougers. I understand that the profits benefit the hospice system, but it's supposed to be a THRIFT store. Thrift = inexpensive where I'm from. I'm not sure what planet these guys come from, but they are most definitely NOT a thrift store. I could go to Target and get brand new clothes for the prices they charge, with the benefit of not having had anyone else's ...
