DG Market — Local services in Grayling Charter Township

I have been here 3 different times and STILL haven't been IN to the store! The first 2 times were the week after the grand opening and the computers were down. The last time was tonight and they were closed, but I checked their hours online and it said open til 10pm. I went at 815pm and the hours posted on their doors even say open til 10pm. I don't think I will be rushing to the DG Market any time soon as I have been let down and disappointed 3 times now, even though I am NOT holding the computer issue again the workers, technology is great til it fails us. No tonight I just wanted to get coffee and filters before going home without having to drive clear across to Family Fare from work, but had to anyway. I was excited for this place to come, sadly I think I’ve been disappointed almost every time I go. I have to always look for someone in the store to check me out. They have shitty attitudes all the time and they never let you enter your phone number so you can save, they will skip it when your literally trying to type it in and they won’t ask. Store is nice, just needs employees who actually care. Bought something today and walked out tried returning it 2 mins later because it didn’t work, they said they couldn’t do a refund or an exchange and to try a different DG. This new DG Market is awesome and really is a great addition to the area. The layout of the store is similar to other stores with the exception of the “market” which is along the right side when you walk into the store. The market had fresh open coolers with fruit and bag salads kits, including other produce and packaged meats. It was organized and I loved that it had all the lights working, making for a bright shopping experience.
