A time share experience. Very clean and convenient location. Bob is the property manager and he was very kind and helpful. If they decide to invest and upgrade the furniture, this could be a really nice place. For a time share property it could definitely be helpful to have a stovetop or/and oven.

If you want to stay in an old, outdated motel/hotel that is uncomfortable, this is your place. Just like someone else said the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are like cement, the curtains barely cover the windows and look like someone just cut a lice of cloth and hung them up. They give you a warning their septic is bad and the bathroom sinks handle to let the water out was broken and the sink filled with water.

Had the place for a week but went home after the first night. While it was roomy the rest of the story was not good.

People talk about the owner knowing the area. I think the owner is the only employee because no one is at the front desk for more than 8 hours a day. They left my packet (with the key to my room outside. Interesting that anyone can take it and make additional keys (they are the old metal keys). Not what I would call a very safe operation.

Remember the saying, “you get what you pay for” when staying here. I got the week thru an organization that can get large discounts butvthe discount was...

We just left after a few nights here. So the great part about this place is the location. The screened in porch was so nice, the wifi was great the whole time. The cons were it is outdated, but we expected that going in. The toilets had passed being sensitive to being a pain and requiring numerous flushes which I wouldn't think would be great for the septic. They really need to be upgraded. The room itself was so so dark. No natural light at all so it required lights on no matter the time of day. The room was also stuffy so you needed AC on since screens were missing. The pool was closed even though it was before Labor Day weekend (and tomorrow is suppose to be 85!) Owner was very nice when I came to get my keys for my "late" check in. I got there at 5:04 and was told check...

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and very well stocked. There were plenty of towels, plates, glasses, everything. We especially loved having a mini kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. At night we were able to relax in our own private patio with a glass of wine. Bob, the host was wonderful to work with and suggested lots of great places to see and dine at. He was able to accommodate my husband's request for a first floor room due to my husband having knee surgery in a few weeks and is having difficulty climbing stairs. This is a gem in the Berkshires and I can't wait for...
