I have been getting tattooed by Jeff for years now and I can’t imagine being tattooed by anyone else. He puts his 110% effort into planning, designing, and tattooing to always leave his clients more than satisfied. I recently had a hip piece done that he created from scratch and freehanded that turned out amazing! He set aside a day to focus on this piece to put his all into it and for an affordable price too!
