Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Great Falls

My family and I went through the drive through to get Blizzards. The person at the window gave me the total. I told him I had a discount on the app, so he took my phone from me and closed the window. He came back a couple minutes later, handed me my phone and gave me the same total. I asked, even with the discount? He said it didn't work. He asked if I wanted him to try again, seeming kinda irritated that I would. I said yes. He took my phone again, closed the window and wondered off, for even Longer this time. He came back and said my phone went dark, asked if I could unlock it again. I did, and he wondered off again. He finally came back, gave me my phone back and gave me my new total. I don't know about anyone else, but I do NOT like when anyone takes my phone out of my view. If that is what is required to use the app, guess I won't be using the app anymore. When he did the flip upside down with the Blizzards, he had to do it quick, because they were melted and runny. There are 3 Dairy Queens in town, not sure I will go back to this one, at least not...

I went for a Blizzard Of The Month and a small fry, waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes. The truck infront of me got to the window, paid for his stuff, the cashier flips the Blizzard and hands it to the guy. From what I could tell the Blizzard had just been made. I pull up to the window, hand the cashier my money, got my change and then he pulls the Blizzard out and flips it. Before he even got it out the window I was not happy. It was sloppy and looked like it had sat on the counter for 10 minutes or so. He hands me the Blizzard spilling ice cream all over my hand. Didn't not wrap it in napkins or anything. He hands me 3 napkins and says have a nice day. I pulled away from the window and took a picture of my sloppy treat. Ir made me very upset to get ice cream all over my hand as well as my phone, stealing wheel and pants. I am very dissatisfied with the service of the people at the Fox Farm...

Today (9/15/2020) I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered a chocolate cone with cotton candy dip covering and a chocolate chip cookie and brownie batter blizzard. She ended up with a vanilla cone with cotton candy dip, they did get us a new cone with chocolate ice cream and the cotton candy dip. I have no qualms about this, but I do have a qualm about my specific order. I ended up with vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup dribbled over the side and an entire brownie bite sliding down the side of the ice cream with a sprinkle of cookie crumbs sitting on the top. I am not pleased and will not be returning. I might of well of ordered a sundae. Or, someone needs to get some retraining on the blizzard...
