The subways have went far downhill lately. Now it's almost impossible to find one that makes a good fast sandwich. Last night we went in to the fox farm gas station subway. The good looking African American had 3 people in front of us. Greeted us as we walked in and we watched him bang out 3 sandwiches in no time. All 3 tipped him.
We got up and ordered our sandwich and watched him expertly assemble our sandwich. 1 foot long with 2 different ingredient sides. He made no fuss, moans or groans, rolled his eyes or anything. He nicely and quickly put one ingredient after another on there and wrapped it fast and slid over to the till to ring us in hahahahahah I couldn't wait to tip this guy!
It was one of the sandwiches you talk about on your way home. How amazing it looks, going to tast bla bla bla. We got home and it was delicious to the point of talking about it again, moaning YUM sounds.
So if you like your subway but been feeling put off lately by....the lack of talent or careing with the bad attitude. Go to this subway and try it out. Hope ya get the same AWESOME kid we did.
There was another sort of hippy guy with longer dark curly hair. We ran into him once there and he has a great vibe. Nice laid back in a non stoner way with a nice attitude. He made us a delicious tip worthy sandwich as well. So after the same experience on back to back visits I had to...
Read moreMy 6 inch was more of a 4" the bread chewed like boot leather and the ingredients were stingy. There was a 3 person line when we walked in so it took a little while but nothing terribly bad (If there's a line of 8 ugh) my sandwich was good but little and very tough and chewy. My wife's was not chewy or tuff but stingy ingredients. I must say though with 6" you gamble on getting the larger size if it's a fresh loaf they give you the visibly larger one BUT if they pull out an already sliced 6" you already know it's going to be the smaller half and it's been drying out from being cut so sometimes. That's the trade off of a larger line and shorter line. Obviously a longer line will have fresher bread that hasn't been sitting long but a footlong is usully the best. If you feel ingredients are skimpy just ask for a little more. 4 slices of ham doesn't seem like much but it fits the serving size 👌 and they made the sandwich well enough for me to be happy to tip a buck so an easy 5 star 🌟. The one on 10th...
Read moreWe absolutely love ONE employee here. He is friendly and provides exceptional fun service. Today, Caralynn and Philips were working and it was a great disappointment. My sister ordered Monterey cheddar bread and Philips slapped down Italian herb bread without consulting her. When she asked about why she didnt get the requested type of bread Caralynn scoffed and insulted her by saying they hadn't had the cheddar bread in over a year. My sister then politely retorted that she had gotten cheddar bread in Columbia Falls just a couple weeks ago at which point Caralynn said that perhaps other states had the type of bread she wanted.... I shouldn't have had to tell Caralynn that Columbia falls is in MT. We were disappointed in the customer service and will only go back if our favorite employee is working... I think his...
