I love the deals I find here. The prices are so low, even before they take off the additional daily discount. I am removing two stars because they turned off all the lights tonight at 6:45 except those by the entrance/exit. Here is a picture. The store closes at 7:00 pm. The cashier said, ā€œI can help you here, sirā€ even though I’m clearly a woman. She apologized when I told her I’m not a sir, and said she couldn’t see anything to see my gender. I told her it would help if they would turn the lights on, and people would exit the store quicker if they could see as they shop. She said she knows and agrees and it’s not up to her. She also apologized several times for not being able to see her cash register screen or keyboard because it was so dark. Again I told her it’s ok, because clearly their management is making choices to turn the lights off. As I was walking up at 6:45 I saw the manager lock most doors and the lights went off as I was walking up. This is ridiculous service. If they want the store to close sooner, they need to change their hours. Also, the staff knows me as I always come in on Wednesday evenings after dropping my kids off at youth group, and I make sure I am checked out and leave 5 minutes prior to closing time. It’s rarely busy, and I am polite to the staff because I know they want to get home to their families. It’s always a quick 10 minute trip because I only ever shop for craft supplies, sheet music, or tote bags for grocery shopping. So I don’t need to peruse the entire store and just take a quick look through my usual departments.

Great selection of clothing, furniture, housewares, kitchenware, toys, etc. Largest thrift store i have ever been in. Impressively clean, extremely friendly staff. Great selection of vintage items also. The book department was surprisingly organized by author. Entire store was very organized and easy to shop.

WOW! I found so many great finds here today! Winter jackets, hats, boots, and sweaters. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations! Name brand things for about $2-$5. Books, magazines (for $0.79-0.99), greeting cards 5 for $1. Planting materials. Furniture. Lots of wonderful things!

I’ve been coming here for literal years, one of my absolute favorite thrift stores. The last 3 times I’ve gone the employees have been insanely rude. Time #1- an employee followed me around half the store while I was looking. Very obviously trying to ā€œcatch meā€ stealing, which obviously I wasn’t šŸ˜‚. Time #2- I was scolded for bringing my purse into the dressing room (which like, I’m not gonna leave it out on the cart??). And now this last time, my boyfriend and I went in the dressing room with approx. 10 pairs of pants, a dress and two shirts. There was an older woman standing outside the dressing room, she knocked and very rudely went ā€œhow much longer are you guys gonna be in thereā€, to which I politely replied ā€œjust finishing up now!ā€ And I was. Took me about another minute to get the rest of my own clothes back on and walk out and in that minute another woman walked up and the first one exclaimed extremely rudely that ā€œshe’s standing waiting for us because we’ve been in there for 15 minutesā€. I had finished up and walked out a couple seconds after this and they again, rudely, made some sort of comment about the amount of clothes.

My boyfriend and I were conversing back and forth the entire time šŸ˜‚ so what they were suggesting was happening in there, was very clearly not. I was embarrassed and angry, left my cart of things and left. Won’t be...

Went here yesterday and I was shocked at how extremely rude and unfriendly the employees were towards me, especially considering most of them are volunteers. My 3 year old son accidentally bumped into a clothing rack, and the elderly woman that was pushing it around sneered and shook her head, then continued to shoot us dirty glares during the rest of our time there. I asked another employee where I could find something, and her reply was a cold "I don't know" as she walked away. Then upon checking out with my purchases, the man at the register literally said nothing more to me than the dollar amount of my total... No "hi, how are you" no "have a nice day". I certainly will not be returning to such an uncomfortable atmosphere and would rather take my business to somewhere that treats its patrons with kindness and respect. It's sad to think these people volunteer their time to charity, only to be miserable and disgruntled towards the customers that keep the...
