DXRacer USA — Local services in Green Oak Charter Township

I thought maybe it was time to leave a review after buying my 4th chair especially considering i've seen some negative reviews. First off, the people at the detroit facility are awesome people. My first chair was a drifting series 4+ years ago. Then last year i bought a master series and recently bought the new tank with magnetic headrest and pillow, my god that chair is the nicest thing i've ever sat in, and the ff7 rebirth chair. Only one chair i had, the master series had a manufacturing defect i didn't find out about until over year later. I sent pictures in, as i knew they would be needed and they sent me a new cushion part. I saw someone say in another review, oh you asked for pictures that means you don't believe me. Respect comes by being nice and anything you get replaced has to be seen by a company, doesn't matter what it is. Leaving a 1 star because you didn't want to respect rules doesn't mean sour someone else's experience because you don't have deceny. I also want to state that at the prices these chairs are, they are worth it. Sure dxracer chairs are more expensive. Compared to another company that i won't state, which sells somewhat cheaper chairs, the quality of them are quite bad. Anyway, i will just state again, the people at the detroit warehouse/show room are awesome people.. i still want that playstation chair!!! haha. God i wish i would have bought...

The chairs are excellent quality. They are a piece of furniture that will last, not some place to park your bum that will last maybe a year. Yes they are an investment but so is a lazy boy recliner. If you spend a fair amount of time at a desk or computer, invest in a dxracer! I’m a big guy and was going through a 60-100 dollar chair every 6 or so months, dxracer has a wide range of sizes and materials the chairs are made from all with recommended weight ratings. On top of that the customer support is fantastic, polite and get back to you right away. My experience was a reply in not even a days time. Extremely recommend any of their products, and hey if you are cheap like me, even when buying something On the more expensive side, they have excellent Black Friday sales ;D!!! If your in Michigan you really should stop in and see DXracer's chairs for yourselves. When I stopped in they were very welcoming and extremely helpful in telling me everything I needed to know about each model. I felt like they made it their mission that I picked out the perfect chair for my body and needs. After I made my purchase the large box wouldn't fit into my Ford Focus sedan and they even took everything out of the box and packed it carefully into my vehicle for me. I truly feel they went above and beyond to make my shopping experience with them the best possible. I puchased the classic series OH/CS120/NC/FT and its simply the best office chair I ever owned. The products in person have a very premium look/feel that the website alone cannot convey. 100% recommend...
