Went there today, which was my fourth time there this summer and for the second time, the balls did not dispense after paying. Since this is a self-serve place with no one onsite to help you have to call the phone number on the wall for assistance. The first time it happened a couple months ago I called the number on the wall and a guy answered and quickly gave me a code that I could use to get balls and that worked. This time it went straight to voice mail. I tried about 10 mote times and kept going to voicemail. Tried texting and got no response. The guy next to me who was there with his two kids got one large bucket then his second large bucket also did not dispense any balls. 7 hours later, no phone call, no text, no response, no refund. Beautiful place. 12 bucks for 150 balls was awesome. It was real easy to see where your shots went with the well manicured range. Balls didn't dispense the first time I tried to get a large bucket. Moved over to the other machine and got a small bucket and it dispensed the balls. I think a sensor with a light for whether or not the machine is out of balls would go a long way here since there is no staff on hand.
