Harry London has been part of my life since I have been a little girl. My mom and dad took my siblings and I for Easter and Christmas every year. I remember being in Girl Scouts and taking the tour as a kiddo also. The shop has changed in the look of purchasing some but it's been years since we have been in due to COVID-19 and life events it was nice to stop in this morning after an appointment I had in the area. My dad was with me and it was very nice to see first responders and military discount. Linda was a wonder asset to your team; she was very nice and helped me shop. She offered a sample also very sweet. We got the famous buckeyes and mint meltaways. I do miss the mint joy cookies. Linda said they were not being made but maybe someday again. Hope to be back for...
Read moreDISAPPOINTING !!! Updating because I along with friends and relatives, have expressed to each other more declines in Fannie May chocolates which used to be way better in the Chicago area. Don't buy if you are a loyal Fannie May customer as you will be disappointed. It is different. less milky and no longer represents the...

We asked one of the workers (Tanya) if we could hang out and see if anyone no-showed or cancelled. While we were waiting she came up and told us she just added us to the list and we could just go on the tour. I thought that was super nice of her to do that! Thank you so much Tanya!
The tour itself was short and sweet but very informative. Our tour guide Jane was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered all kinds of extra facts about the factory. The free samples during and after the tour were an added bonus!
The chocolate itself is pretty expensive but they did have several offerings on sale at a...
