We originally ordered this hard to find chair from another vendor. After 4 weeks and 2 extensions of the estimated shipping date, we found the chair at Today's Classroom. Their customer service is excellent. I emailed them about the chair and how quick they could ship it, they got back with me the same day and quickly replied to other questions I had. They shipped the chair out sooner then the estimated date originally given and kept me informed via email every step of the way. I received the chair today and can't wait to see my grandson's reaction. I could not be happier with my experience with this company and the excellent, personal customer service. All emails were immediately answered and I even had replies waiting on me first thing when I had emailed the night before. This outstanding customer service is rare these days. In the past couple years I have purchased from Today's Classroom several times. I have purchased classroom furniture, classroom storage, custom made storage, cafeteria tables and chairs as well as teacher desks. The selection they offer is superb. The shipping costs are a bit steep, however I believe that this is beyond their control. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the quality outweighs the costs for shipping.. We made a large order that required interesting shipping methods. Today’s Classroom had the best prices of any retailer we could find, but amazing prices aren’t good enough these days.
