I am so very happy I found Bollywood Fashion World in Lake Worth. When I found the store, they had lots of parking in the back, they followed safe practices for Covid, and the owner, Cynthia, was extremely patient. helpful and pleasant. She assisted me in fitting various outfits, she stayed late to accommodate me, until I found the Indian outfit that I was searching for. I live in West Palm Beach, FL and I previously visited Chabras, in Lauderhill, FL, over an hour from home, but was very disappointed with their service. No one made an attempt to properly assist me. Also, yesterday I visited Padma India Fashion, but they were closed before their advertised closing time. That was very inconvenient for me, as I drove there expecting to find an outfit for a function. I called Padma, but was told they did not have the colors and size I needed. Moving forward, Bollywood. is the only Indian fashion store I will visit and shop in Lake FLorida, because they had a a lot and a very wide variety of outfits and Cynthia displayed what excellent customer service means.. Came acoss this beautiful hidden gem in Lake Worth. Though this store looks small from outside inside it’s a treasure trove of beautiful stylish outfits for all occasions. It’s a one stop shop from beautiful stylish outfits to gorgeous jewelry and accessories. I was looking for a yellow outfit for my nephew’s pre-wedding ceremony before visiting the store I spoke to the owner Cynthia who was extremely kind and sweet. Went to the store a few times and tried on different outfits till I was happy and settled on the one which was stunningly beautiful and reasonably priced, got a lot of compliments at the event . Papiya was so patient as I was trying quite a few outfits and even altered it on time and the fit was perfect. Jolly was amazing too. Even got matching jewelry set . Definitely will be my go to place for all my future purchases and will recommend this store to everyone. I have very bad experience with bollywood fashion, I have spent more then a $1000 and gave to do Alter for the dresses, they make me waited almost 2 months to get my items back, and their alteration is very bad, the stitches in so many places are open, they didn't cut the extra tread, and last of all they mess up my wedding dress , I told them so many times not to cut from the bottom, leave the bottom part as it is, un-stich from the waste and shorten it from there, I pay for my alteration fees, and they make it very small from the bottom part and shorten it from there, you can't even use that dress as a wedding dress. I'm very very upset of their misbehaving and not keeping their words as they told me it will only take 2 weeks to do all the alteration and sewing, they keep on changing their dates. It's very awful place to do any shopping from there, I have really bad experience with them, I'm warning others it's best to avoid shopping from them, their products are not good either all sewing parts come off so easily, so be aware to spend your money in...
