El Valle Hondumex Restaurant — Restaurant in Greenacres

I love trying new places I was excited to try El Valle based on the reviews, plus I like supporting smaller establishments. I will admit food is delicious but the service was awful. We had dinner there on Monday around 6:15 the place was pretty empty the music blasting way too loud to the point of being uncomfortable. Our waitresses rather socialize than tend to the customer. Be aware that they charge a service fee and credit card fee. I unfortunately will not eat at El Valle again, maybe they need some type of management to help run the place or they need to hire personnel with customer service experience. I was craving Honduran food and we found this spot. We were seated right away and ordered some drinks. I ordered white wine and my partner ordered modelo black. The food took a little long but it was worth it. The pastelitos were so crunchy and flavorful, I wanted more. I order the desayuno hondureño with chuleta, I liked it BUT the piece of meat was so small that I was disappointed. The carne con tajadas was huge and overall enough for two people. Food was okay . I couldn’t enjoy it because the place smelled really strong like chemicals. The service was terrible, waitress took forever to take our order , bring refills , and the check . Had to wave to her to get her attention. There were only like 6 ppl in the restaurant which was hard to understand why she took so long. Plus they charged an 18% service fee ! This location is not clean or nice . The service charge is too much for where the restaurant is located and the service they provide . Definitely...
