Cleaners — Local services in Greenacres

Couldn’t have had a worse experience at a dry cleaners ever. Brought in my $250 pair of AllSaints pants. They had a small stain on them so I told the lady specifically I would like that to be removed and they could charge me however much they wanted for dry cleaning the pants and removing the stain. Said no problem and when I came back to pick up the pants I was charged $15 for the service which I thought was a normal price. When I got home and tried the pants on the pants were shrunk 2-3 sizes too small and THE SAME stain I asked and payed extra to be removed was still there. Basically all they did was make my pants no longer usable and now I can’t wear them ever again. $250 down the drain on my favorite pants and now I have to look for another pair. NEVER coming back to this place...

Worst service ever! Young lady (probably daughter of the owner) managed to stain my $750 Hugo Boss jacket with ballpoint ink from a pen left in the left in side pocket. She says I forgot it there. Strange, that pocket had never been used (sewn together)! When I asked them to show me the pen, miraculously the pen had disappeared! Owner and daughter had a very bad attitude despite the fact I came back to solve this issue in a decent way. She was trying to make me look bad talking in Spanish to her father. She didn't know I'm fluent in Spanish after having lived in Mexico for 20 years! A huge FAIL!...
