I see why they have 3.9 stars. The bankruptcy clerks off is very rude, unprofessional, senseless, heartless. And they all side together right ur wrong. They try to be professionally rude and abrupt. I was hung up on today by a clerk whom told me everything except the question I called about. She tried to belittle me and treat me as if I was uneducated. She kept trying to insinuate that I was lying. She went back and forth with me. Didn’t want to allow me to speak. She told me we have been in the phone 27 minutes. I have people in front of me I got to go. Then insisted to keep disrespecting me. When I said it’s unfortunate that everyone I have came in contact with there has been rude and unprofessional. It’s like everyone has a chip on their shoulder even the supervisor. The reason I called today is, I went there twice and was treated less than a human being both times. I was talked to in a rude manner and disrespected. So, j thought calling would be more helpful. And unfortunately I received the same energy and behavior on the phone. I have not had contact with anyone that is caring in the bankruptcy clerk office. The security guards have been the most professional and nice. IF YOU WANT TO FILE BANKRUPT. I WOHKD ADVISE YOU TO GET A LAWYER. I am being charged $338 for a case that I didn’t even go forward with. My documents was filed even after I reconsidered the same day. Because the clerk discouraged me after reviewing my documents. I was told by her oops, I already stamped the first page. So I have to proceed to file the case now. I was in disbelief after I told her I am going to hold off on filing. That I couldn’t get all of the documents together that was need by the time frame. And it was to complex and I didn’t completely understand. I couldn’t do credit counseling. That I would contact Legal Aude for assistance. I find it wrong that she still filed the case. Because it’s been in my credit 15 months. And I am being gold I owe $338 because I didn’t follow through with it. IT WASN’T SUPPOSE TO HAVE...

These clerks are EXTREMELY professional and composed! I never see anything like it until now. I guess that's how federal court is. If a few others can't understand to appreciate that, don't worry- I WILL. 6 STARS....
