Have given this dispensary several chances as it’s the closest to home, and I’m not one to leave negative reviews. I placed an order at 6:00, arrived for pickup at 6:25, and the doors were already locked, customers coming out are telling you, “you can go right in” but the employees are walking back and forth and won’t even look in your direction to open the door, even though they are supposed to be open until 7 AND I was there over 30 minutes before close I also tried to call several times and nobody picked up the phone, I got back in my car and continued trying to call when I literally watched two employees come out of the exit bent down and running to their car, which leads me to believe they were not supposed to be closed that early. At a minimum they could have put a sign up saying they were closing early, shut off online orders, or at least answered my calls and said they were closed when the employees were clearly available to answer.

The employees need to remember that they are selling medicine that people NEED for a lot of different reasons. Their poor attitudes, laziness and straight up rudeness needs to be addressed considering they are working with several patients who are being treated for anxiety, depression and ptsd along with I’m sure many other health issues that unnecessary attitudes and rude demeanor can affect negatively. As a business in this industry I’m ashamed that you are keeping a staff that clearly has created a reputation for you of being awful towards their customers. Been a med patient for years.Watched as they jacked up prices for the same exact stuff(likely same batch even not that batch matters since its the same strain and size denomination).

Very shameful and greedy.Im glad i dont have a terminal illness or id be stuck paying a arm and a leg just to feel relief.Instead ive taken a break,id go to Michigan before i go here even with this dispensary only ten minutes away.

Over the years of coming here I've witnessed a large range of clients,A lot of older med patients come here,no one thats lived that long should have to be ripped off by these pathetic prices.

These prices are absolutely shameful and unacceptable(not that the prices we had before were any better but this is just brazenly greedy)

Whats also been fun over the years is to compare the prices here to their other dispensaries carrying the same stuff in surrounding states.This company consistently chooses greed with seemingly zero Msrp set on any of their products.One product worth 45$ here is worth 10$ one state away.Just plain disgusting for what was up until recently a medical dispensary.

Prices may have been appalling before but now they are absolutely shameful.
