Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Greenfield Township

Mark is always exceptionally rude and acts uninterested in dealing with or speaking with customers. We always feel like we are a bother when he checks us out or if he answers the phone when we call. Only person here that we consistently have issues with. I used to work here and we come here at least several times a week. When I asked to price match rural king’s price on a mineral block and whole corn (which we do every time and I always provide the website pulled up with the current prices), he was rude as usual and said he needed to look it up himself. Wasted our time and proceeded to talk with another customer instead of helping us. Also made two trips to check the price on each item.

I only continue to shop here for the sake we live 3 minutes away and I always enjoy seeing Brenda and Larry. They are also the only reason I’m giving this review anything more than 1 star.

Service here really needs an improvement.

They are also still trying to sell the same apple trees that have been infested with aphids for months. Wonder why no one is...

I've spent thousands of dollars with Tractor Supply but I guarantee I'll never go back to this location. The older gentlemen that helped to load my fence posts wanted to argue with me that I couldn't pick which ones I wanted out of the bundle he pulled. When I go to the grocery store they don't tell me which eggs I'm GOING to buy, I pick the best ones. I paid for 26 posts individually, not as a bundle, and I'd like to pick the ones I want. The back and forth went on between us for a couple minutes until I told him that any other location I had been to had no problem with me choosing my posts, at which point he just laughed at me....

I love the really unique items tractor Supply has. Lots of things from decorating your home to caring for your pets. They have everything it seems for your lawn, garden, flowers and more. I really love the place where you can bring your dog in and bath them yourself. Lots of different soaps to use; they supply the soap, towels and there is even a table to blow dry your dog and comb them. The cost varies per size of your dog. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. Tractor Supply is one of favorite stores to go too when I'm looking for something. So happy they are...
