I came across your website by accident, as I was looking for a "good home-made raisin cookie". The place by my mom and dad's, were so close to childhood memories. Unfortunately, due to the owner passing, they closed. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and will definately be ordering again. The cookie base had great flavor and just the right amount of filling, not too much, but perfect. The only thing is I wish I could place an order for 12 cookies instead of 24. This way I could get two boxes of 12, and I could give one away as a gift, 24 if a lot of cookies for one person to consume. I have ordered cookies for myself from Shirley's and they were good. Today (12/7/19), I tried to order some as a Christmas present for my brother and his wife, but due to Shirley's primitive website and online ordering, I screwed up. Now I've ordered a package of cookies and I don't know where it's going. According to Shirley's, you can order through PAYPAL (don't have it) or you can use your credit card. However, you must go through PAYPAL as a guest in order to use credit card. After carefully filling out my billing info and my brother's address, I went to pay using credit card and PAYPAL reversed the order and sent it to me rather than my brother. As much as I like the cookies, I won't be ordering from Shirley's again. My time is too valuable to spend on a primitive website that...

I have read some of the reviews and I'd have to say I live down here in Panama city, Florida. I've bought the box of chocolate and vanilla whoopie pies before and I love to give them to family friends and coworkers. Everyone loves them! Since Hurricane Michael destoryed our town back in October it's been hard to get alot of things shipped here. Just bought another box today and praying they turn up in time for Christmas so I can put some smiles on faces...even if it's just for a minute. Anything to lift some spirits around here. And those whoopie pies...
