CK BIG DIPPER — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

I like this place and come here when I travel through, however, tonight may have changed my mind. I ordered a how fudge sundae with peanut butter. When they handed it to me through the window it was all melted and literally pouring melted ice cream down over the sides. What a mess!!! They were busy so I just took it and left. Now, I understand being busy and rushing to get orders out but, why would you give a customer a huge mess like that? Take some pride in what you're serving people, that's how you get...

Usually best in area. I drive from Altoona to get ice cream there. But recently...the new young girls working have messed up everytime. This time I ordered the strawberry cheesecake sundae...she was ringing me up for strawberry shortcake-- it was apparent she wasn't paying attention Then when she got it right...she made it...and it literally had all vanilla ( I ordered twist)....and 2 strawberries. There were a ton of people in line...couldn't get up to say about it. Very very...

Oh how I wish this place was closer to where I live, but maybe that's best for my health that it's not. Excellent prices, ice cream, service and easy to get in and out. Sooo glad we stopped....I'll now be looking forward to stopping when we go this direction. Wish I'd taken pictures but with a waffle cone so big....I had to get started on it...
