Boot Connection — Local services in Greenfield

My family and I have been bringing our boots here for years to have have them professionally cleaned, zippers fixed and replaced, and boots resoled. We live 40 minutes away and continue to go here. On my last visit I dropped off a pair of boots that had a broken zipper that they fixed and a new pair of Uggs (worn 3X’s) to have several stains removed and have them put on the water and stain repellent. I have previously had Uggs treated there and they have all turned out perfectly. However, this pair was returned to me with brush marks on it. I was unhappy and within 30 seconds the manager/owner(not sure who- I will look for his name and add later) got on his computer and within two minutes he ordered me a replacement pair of Uggs that were delivered to my house in a matter of days!!! TERRIFIC customer service! Beyond anything I would have thought even the best stores would have done. We will continue to go to The Boot Connection and recommend them to everyone!!!! Love this...

If you have feet problems and need special repair done on your shoes; look no further than the boot connection. I can say with confidence that the boot connection has the best cobbler around. I have various medical issues with my feet such as orthotics, wide feet, and a high instep. Matt the cobbler at boot connection delighted me with his expertise. My father had 2 pairs of boots he adored repaired here. My wife purchased two pairs of moccasins, I myself am very picky. I don’t like poor quality footwear and it takes me forever to make a decision. The associate laid out many options for me to try on. I settled on a pair of keen boots that turned out being my favorite shoe of all time. Eventually I put these boots through hell enough for some glue to let go.
