Know before you go: The coffee is great, the space is lovely, and the front line person who first served us was very pleasant. The parking situation is more complicated that it might appear. My daughter met a friend for coffee there yesterday and then they decided to explore the area. Rather than take 2 cars, they left one in the lot. When they returned at 6:45pm, both entrances were gated shut and they could see a chain on the gate they were in front of. There were no signs telling customers that the lot would be locked at 6pm. When we drove back this morning to get her car, my daughter treated me to a great cup of coffee. I waited until noone was in line and then approached the person behind the counter to let her know what had happened and to ask that they consider putting up a sign alerting customers to the fact that the lot would be inaccessible after 6pm. Another woman behind the counter, presumably the manager, informed me that the entire property shut down at 6pm. I said that we understood that now, and that for the sake of future customers who might not understand the situation, it would be helpful to have a sign letting newcomers know that. She said that people don't read signs and gave me to understand that they wouldn't bother putting any up. While she said the words "I'm sorry," her manner said that she was irritated and put out by my story and request. We live an hour away, so I invested 4 hours between last evening and this morning learning this lesson about Blum. I wish that her response had been better and if this review helps even one other person then it will have been...

What makes this spot so unique is its setting. It’s nestled beneath a stunning 100+ year-old copper and stained-glass dome that gives the space a warm, historic character.
Inside, you’ll find a peaceful oasis with a soothing waterfall 💦 lush greenery 🌱 and cozy seating areas that make it the perfect place to relax, get some work done, or catch up with friends. In the spring and summer months, the outdoor space really comes to life—with vibrant perennials, fountains, yard games, a fully fenced-in playground 🛝 for kids, and a spacious patio to enjoy the sunshine 🌞
Blüm offers a wide variety of drinks🥤including lattes, herbal teas, Italian sodas, kombucha, and even beer. We tried their signature drink, The Blüm, which had a delicious vanilla latte flavor—smooth, sweet, and full of comfort in every sip 😋💛

Read moreBlüm Coffee Garden has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Greenfield. It’s tucked right inside Bluemel’s Garden Center, so the place is full of plants, sunlight and that “hidden gem” feel you don’t expect in a coffee shop.
I went on a Saturday morning and, yes, it was busy, but the line moved pretty quickly. The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed to enjoy working there, which makes a difference. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee came out hot and smooth, with good flavor, not bitter or burnt. The sandwich was simple but fresh, made with decent bread and real eggs — not the rubbery stuff you sometimes get at cafés.
There’s plenty of seating inside and out, with a nice waterfall feature adding to the calm vibe. It’s a great spot to meet a friend, do some reading, or just take a break. It does get a little noisy when it’s crowded, so don’t expect total quiet, but it’s still relaxed compared to most chain cafés.
Prices are about what you’d expect for a specialty coffee shop. Overall, a really solid place worth checking out if you’re...
