They have clean rooms good food and very nice caring nurses. The issues I had was with the administrator and financial departments. I was lied to several times about what they were giving the patient and physical therapy sessions. I caught some things by talking to night nurses and others by bills submitted to ins. and over a thousand dollars Xtra on the monthly bills. The sessions were turned in to ins. periodically thru out the month but on the last day of month they would go back and add dozens more sessions, sometimes 5 or 6 more per day after already turning in 5 or 6. Very suspicious. Insurance was paying up to $225 per session. One month they submitted and got paid for 93 sessions! So I was paying over $8,000 a month and they were collecting 15 to $18,000 more from ins....

Greenfield nursing and rehab has been a wonderful place for both my mom and dad. Jackie made the transition very welcoming and comfortable for them. Gail has always been a shining light and wears many hats in different departments and is always willing to help out wherever it’s needed. She answers all my questions and is reassuring that all that can be done-will be done. Mariel is one of the kindest Caring nurses I’ve ever met. Melissa also is very informative and lets us know of any changes. I can see why this is a five star facility because there’s so many great staff and the maintenance also-who are always willing to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough good things...

Since I've been at Greenfield I've had nothing but a good experience! The activity department is wonderful about staying involved, food is always served hot, the staff/resident relation is wonderful and the building is clean and odor free. Things run smoothly and it's an all around a nice and peaceful...
