I am not sure who was working Thursday morning around 10am but I can tell this was a stand up guy! My husband and I were out on the pursuit of some Eagle Rare and saw this liquor store had some showing in stock. I can not tell you how many times we see things in stock to go in and just magically there is none there. I know this can happen, i also know half of these store clerks and owners are lying and saving it for their buddy. This guy opened promptly and was talking to his regulars and making conversation with the new comers. My husband and I got the last 2 bottles in which he even went to the back and opened up another case to give him the last one that wasn't going to restaurants. What’s new: The Village Keg is under new management and have been for a bit and they have made some positive changes! They’ve done abreast job boosting their inventory, have added a beer cave, and have some super cool dudes working in the store.

Great staff, always familiar with whatever strange liquor I'm looking for. Familiar with wide variety of drinks and have suggestions if asked. Store is spotless. They have a nice selection of higher-end liquors, and have the well covered too. Also a unique hand-picked selection of unusual and microbrew ales and lagers.
