I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service received at this establishment. The level of customer service was markedly inadequate, characterized by unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitudes from the staff, particularly the bartenders. Despite placing my order at 3:00 PM, I did not receive my food until approximately 4:16 PM, and upon delivery, no apology was offered for the delay. The staff appeared indifferent to customer concerns, and the food was served at an undesirable, cold temperature.

Additionally, the operation appeared disorganized, exemplified by an incident where a bartender requested payment for my order. I presented the money, yet she repeatedly passed by without collecting it, displaying a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, the staff demonstrated rude behavior and an apparent inability to efficiently multitask in a manner conducive to a positive customer experience.

The ambiance of the establishment was also less than satisfactory, with a predominantly unprofessional environment. While the food quality itself was acceptable when delivered promptly and at the proper temperature, the repeated poor service and disorganized conduct have significantly impacted my overall experience.

I have visited this establishment on three separate occasions, attempting to support a local Black-owned business, but each visit has resulted in similar disappointments. This is for Uptown lounge on Reading Road..came in with a friend, we have eaten here several times..I can say I'm never disappointed with the food.. However the service was a double hot mess!!!the girl taking orders and serving saw me standing waiting to place my order but she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and continued her conversation with the other worker..it took her 10minutes to come and take my order, then she sash-shade around the bar b4 putting my order in..she decided to serve more liquor to customers that kept interrupting her putting my order in..Several people came in after me, of course to order the great food but the service sucked ..A male customer was trying to to cheer her up but it really didn't work...it's rude to talk to other customers while 1 is putting their orders in...when the food came she finger waved me over, put my food in the bag, took the ticket and walked off...As I said, food is always great but the service a double hot mess!!!! Hopefully the owners can have a conversation with their employees about how important customer service is regardless of...

A great place to get fried chicken wings. My third time in unfortunately, I think doordash takes priority over people that are in the bar placing an order. I had to wait over an hour when I was told 20 minutes on the phone when i ordered. No problem I sat and had a glass of wine however when I did ask about the delay I was told well we've had doordash orders yada yada ass to say you're going to have to wait and I'm like well what difference does it make to me. I'm here, I ordered I should take priority. Will probably go back just don't appreciate the delay to be served because you had a doordash order called in plus I think the sewer backed up or something the workers were spraying air freshener throughout the bar space and restaurant area and it smelled really really bad period which didn't help to lessen the frustration of my over hour wait on 20-minute...
