My husband, myself and sister in law came in a few weeks ago for lunch. This was the second time me and my husband had come to eat and absolutely loved the food, service and drinks so we came back again because everything was so good! Well not the 2nd time the service was terrible and we ordered some mixed drinks as we sat at the bar and the women working at the bar charged us a separate charge for the soda water we got in our drink and a she charged us for the glass she put it in!!! What kind of restaurant charges 3 separate charges for a darn mixed drink?? We have NEVER been charged that in any restaurant we’ve EVER eaten in because we did NOT get charged like that the first time we came in or we wouldn’t have come back if we knew that’s how y’all charge people when the get a mixed drink!! The women was not nice at all when she said that’s our policy we always charge it like that! That is totally not right to charge and treat your customers like that so we are never coming back!! We even wrote a review to the owners that never responded even though your website said you will get a respond within 48 hours and this has been several weeks again and still no response! That is bad business and I want to let y’all know that and you might want to change your policy if that is in fact the way you’ve always been charging like that and we want a response for...

I have stopped in this wonderful establishment twice now. The first time I was there, I only had drinks due to the fact I have already eaten, but when I saw the menu and all the wonderful food leaving the kitchen, I knew I had to go back. Stopped in today and tried the Mac and cheese with brisket. Let me tell you this Mac and cheese ranks right up there with the best I have had. Creamy and covered with cheese, and the pieces of brisket really set it off. It came with two sides, and even the side salad was impressive as it wasn’t just bagged lettuce but had real tomatoes, onions, and cheese. The fries were somewhere in between a fry and a wedge and were super fresh. If you like drinks, this place had some awesome bourbon selection including buffalo trace, angels envy, and eagle rare. You just don’t normally see those bourbons around the area in a small place. If I had to change one thing, I would change the flooring as it seems to be a bit slippery, but it really isn’t an issue. If you haven’t, make sure to try...

We usually come in once a week sometimes more, always with a big group as this is our favorite family dinner spot. Everyone has their favorite: the tenderloin, the wings, the brisket nachos, the cubano and all the steaks are phenomenal. Just all the food is always so good! There are a few drinks there too that are the best anywhere I've been. Bloody Mary's for one and spicy margarita!

The past few times we've come in, our service has been absolutely terrible. And it's always the same person! No matter what day or time we go! She is very rude to us and the people she works with, and she goes around saying how much she hates her job and tries to see if any of her tables has a job she can apply for! This IS EVERY time we've come in the past month. It really brings down when we get together as a family. I think we're going to have to start going somewhere else. It's a shame, because we really enjoy the food there and my dad loves your...

Out for a leisurely drive, hunger set in while driving down US 40 near Knightstown, spotted B&B on a curve, had to turn around. Glad we did because it was Delicious! Friendly service, (sit wherever you like) light crowd for a rainy Saturday. Better for us. Porkasaurus on the specials menu? 7oz pork patty, with bacon, brisket, cheddar cheese and toppings. Never had one so that happened. Smells of smoked meat in the air. Plenty of meaty menu options. Opted for grilled 4 cheese sandwich add brisket (yum), dipper fries and o rings. Pretzel bite appetizer with beer cheese scratched the surface. Heard brisket nachos were a favorite along with brisket mac & cheese. Saw the side salad at another table (looked like a standalone meal), even they had to question the portion, happily of course. Didn't see a dessert menu, yet the seasonal? Desert option was caramel apple cheesecake...decadent! Wish this place was closer to Indy, ro be honest. Worth the stop!

Block & Brew is a nice family restaurant in Knightstown. The burgers are the best thing on the menu, in my opinion. If you want a little of the unusual, there are some bison options. The steaks are good, but not worth the $35-$45 price point that is tagged market price in the menu. Pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce are really good, and the smoked brisket nachos are awesome. Wings are also very good. Really you can’t go wrong. Can you tell we go here a lot? The staff are friendly and attentive. Great little place.
