My two friends and I traveled 45 minutes to visit a crystal store (Earths Creations, which was a phenomenal store, highly recommend). I bought a necklace at this store and it was in a small baggy in my pocket and we went to Mystical Moon next to check it out. While in this store, my phone fell out of my pocket and I wanted to make sure that my new necklace had not fallen out, it had not but I had reached into my pocket and pulled to double check and put it directly back in my pocket. We did not buy anything at this store and we left and went to a third store down the road and bought some things. After about 30 minutes we started to walk back to the car and one of the employees from Mystical Moon was standing at the door waiting and called us back into the store and wrongly accused me of stealing in front of 7-10 people. I told them that I did have a baggy and it was from the other store we went to prior, they asked to see it to which they then asked one of the other employees if that was the baggie that they had seen and the other employee stated that it was. There was no apology for accusing me of stealing and they just said "oh okay" and we left. After thinking on the situation for a while, we decided that we were not comfortable with how the situation was handled and felt that was very unprofessional, especially when we were trying to support their small business. My friend called and tried to speak with the owner about how the situation was handled, the owner was very unprofessional cut my friend off and told my friend, "That as the owner, I will tell you that you shouldn't pull things out of your pocket and stuff them back in so you don't look like you're stealing". Last time I checked everyone has pockets or bags, I did nothing out of the ordinary to raise any sort of suspicion that I was stealing. This would have been a store I would have strongly recommended but they were very unprofessional.

UPDATE : They went as far to block me and delete my comments when I showed the proof and bank statements about my purchase from the other store. When they pulled us into the building it was even confirmed by the employee or whoever that the baggy they saw was this baggy and it was NOT from...

This is an awesome store to find just about anything one would need. I was greeted as I entered the store, and any questions I had were answered. There is a family type of feel about the store, and the owners are very approachable and relatable.

Additionally, if the store doesn't currently have what you are seeking, ask Heather about it and she will do her best to find it for you. Very competitive pricing that I noticed.

Overall, I would recommend visiting if you are looking for a store that knows not the crystals, herbs, or other items that are being sold, but also the properties and uses for them as well. I will definitely be back!

Edit: Every time I have been in the store I have seen everyone personally welcomed by the owner. The competition in the area is overpriced and doesn't know the details about what they are selling. I know this, because I asked one specific business about two separate items, and all I got was, "I don't know, I just sell the stuff." Immediately upon entering, I felt "home", safe, in a sacred place. The products are never-ending, unique, quality crafted, and displayed in a flow state. Items are priced so fairly. There's something for EVERYONE, affordably so!! (50¢ crystals, $1 jewelry/trinkets, My Spidey senses were tingly!!💫 Heather is a beautiful bright positive soul that I could speak with for hours.
