Sean @ Verizon is the BEST! I went on August 2 and traded my Samung Galaxy 5 for the new 10e. Once traded in we started the process of moving over contacts, pictures and most importantly, text messages. Over the years I really didn't know I should delete old messages. On the phone I had over 30,000 but I didn't want them all. Just the conversation between my brother and I who we lost to brain cancer just 4 months ago. The old phone was so slow we were having a hard time getting old messages deleted and so instead of giving up (which I wanted to do several times) he took my old phone and worked for a week on deleting old messages. I went in today and guess what! He was able to get all the old messages deleted except for my brother's! Not only did he not give up, he insisted we were getting those messages! Read moreTCC Greensburg has been great to deal with. I was in on a Sunday afternoon the first time. Corey was the only one there. We had to wait a while because there were a couple other customers ahead of us. When it got to be our turn, Corey was wonderful! He was very helpful and gave much needed information for us to make decisions before our purchases. He made us feel like we were the only customers he had to deal with, even though several others came in. He is a great asset to the store! Our second trip in a few days later was to pick up what we ordered the first time. This time Corey was with someone else so Sean helped us. He too was very friendly, helpful & patient even though the store was very busy. And, when Corey finished up with his customer, he came over to check on us & was able to finish out our transaction and get us in and out very quickly. Great job...
Read moreThe last two times that I have been in (2 weeks apart) Joe has been available to help. Last time, I was in with my oldest son because his phone had water damage. After explaining the reason we were in, Joe took it upon himself to be very degrading to my son in regards to his phone. Working in customer service, it is most definitely not your place to speak to any customer that way. Today I go in, and he is available to help. I told him that I needed a phone and to add a line, and his response was very nasty. I waited for Erik to help me. And he was awesome and super helpful!
