East Texas Towers LLC — Local services in Greenville

My experience with East Texas Towers from the Office Staff (Anna) to the first Installers (Esteban and Dan) was the best. We are building a new house and Anna stayed in touch with me while my building process was going until I was ready and pulled the trigger on the 40' tower. I really appreciated her eye to detail and willingness to help/answer questions without any sales pressure. I asked Anna to let the Installers know we don't live in the house yet so they should text me when an hour out, which they did!! Esteban and Dan were friendly and professional. They stopped to answer all my questions and did not mind that I was taking pictures for our scrapbook. Esteban and Dan did a great job with the install and the cleanup afterwards. There were a lot cement bags and such around the job site while they were working and they picked every bit of it up, leaving the job site as clean or cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend East Texas Tower for anybody looking for an Internet Tower. A week later for the finishing install review: The finish install experience was just as great as the initial install. Both Rylee and Josh were on time, polite, professional and left the job site clean from trash. East Texas tower is absolutely awesome. The crew made me feel more like an old friend than a customer. I was shocked that they drove all the way to Mansfield AND their pricing was fair. They showed up early and made short work of the tower. They even went above and beyond to help me break into an old rusted gate that hadn’t been to opened in years.

My sales rep Staci really made this entire process easy and each of her responses over several days was lightning fast. She alone made choosing her company a no-brainer (Trust me - I called several other companies for quotes and Staci’s service “towers” above them :). Half the others didn’t call back and the ones that did were extremely slow or flat out rude.

This is the kind of company I was happy to give my money to and I wish them nothing...

The crew that installed the pad was terrible. When I talked to them, they would not look at me and when I asked a question they would not respond. They dug the hole for the pad without removing the decorative border and thus ruined it. They also placed the pad too close to the house and off center so when the tower was stacked, it came in contact with the Dish antenna. They pulled a trailer loaded with the trackhoe into the yard, instead of unloading the trackhoe and driving it in to minimize the ruts in the yard.
