If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is normally very clean and the employees are usually nice. There is a red-headed girl who works there who is so nice and welcoming every time, but today, that was not the case. I walked in with my kids, and as I went down the aisles, I noticed that it was disorganized, unlike usual. There was a heavy set woman with dark brown/black hair working who I had not seen there before. I had to move stuff and squeeze down an aisle to get to what I was looking for, and my kids were playing with a few of the toys and being pretty quiet as I was making sure I had the right coupons for what I needed. Next thing I know, the worker comes down the aisle saying "no no no no no no, if you can't control your kids, then you're going to have to leave." I was so caught off guard because we were just minding our own business. I understand people let their kids destroy and leave it, but it was just a few toys that I was going to have them pick up once I was ready to move to the next aisle. She could have easily asked us to make sure we picked up the toys instead of trying to kick me out of the store, especially with how much of a dissaray the store was in. Maybe if she wasn't wasting time trying to kick people out of the store who did nothing wrong, then she would get caught up on stocking the shelves instead of leaving it in the way...
Read moreI go here a lot, it's a small town and no grocery store available but I have to say it's gone down hill so much in the last year. The products are all over the place. A towel maybe in one place then you see it has matching items somewhere else. The floors can never be mopped because items are always on the floor, new product in boxes on the shelves! There is one display of makeup I haven't been able to see what is at the bottom of the display sure to a huge dolly of some sort. This store was in very good condition just a few years ago. Google needs new pictures for what's really going on in there. I just saw I complete box of kids shoes on the shelves with the Valentine's stuff. Well, I saw it when I uncovered the stuff on top...
Read morePlease teach and train your cashier Anna that is is ok to great and speak to African American (Black people) when they walk into the store and she checks them out. It is extremely rude and racist to ignore someone that is standing right in front of you and they say absolutely nothing so disrespectful to say the least people like this should know better. I PAY HER SALARY so that this store is open with the rest of the community in Lone Oak she had better grown up...
