I’ve been trying to order a new sofa slipcover for months now, but every time I reach out, I get the same response: “She’s on the phone or in a meeting right now, she’ll call you back.” But then, no response. I’ve left multiple emails and calls, with no follow-up.
To make matters worse, my original slipcover wasn’t properly serged, and the seams started popping open. I had to run the entire sectional through my serger myself. Then, I washed it once (not realizing the consequences), and it frayed so badly that I had to spend hours trimming each cover to prepare it for the serger.
I honestly don’t understand why they’re not responding to my request for a new slipcover. I’m PAYING for this, so it’s not like I’m asking for something for free—though after everything I’ve had to do just to make the current one usable, maybe I should be! I’ve followed up so many times, and I’m still left with no answers.
