I used my app and ordered crispy chicken combos. I noticed that the ticket said two Whopper juniors. I get them and tell the lady that I had used my apps and it showed that it was you for that specific meal and she kept arguing with me saying that it had expired and that's why I got two Whopper juniors. I insisted I wanted the crispy chicken and so she gives me the value chicken sandwich I was yet again just agreeing with the lady about what I know I ordered and what I wanted she insisted that I was wrong and I finally get a chicken sandwich but it's had the regular Chicken on it. When I pulled up, she told me my total and stuck my drink and straw out of the window. I had my card in my hand so having to wait for to get the drink and then hand her my car irritated her. When she gave my my food, she said have a nice day. I politely asked for some ketchup and she stared me down until she had to look down to get the ketchup.    Read moreI don't normally post reviews however I wanted to recognize the drive-thru window employee today, I believe his name was Anthony, this wasn't your typical drive-thru experience, Anthony took the time to ask me how my day was he asked me how my work was going all with a huge smile on his face, he was happy to be at work which is rare especially with my experiences with fast food restaurants, Anthony made me smile after a very long and stressful week.
