HONEST review! Having a procedure here isn't for the weak... Dr.Ruffin was very kind and helped me to feel as comfortable as I could be for the situation. The staff was pretty polite as well. The establishment it's self is really, really outdated which made me feel like I was in past times and a bit uneasy. I work in a hospital so I am pretty accustom to modern technology and esthetics. I feel sanitation wise it's old but clean although urine cups should have lids on them given that we have to walk our samples through the waiting room full of people it could easily spill over or be dropped and then what ?? for that reason I didn't sit by the bathroom door. After 7 hours waiting when I got called back for my procedure I walked past a room with a table that had blood on the lower half of it the door was wide open, not cool! Once we get to the room that was supposed to me for me the nurse opens the door with out knocking and there is another girl on the table having a vaccume procedure after that the nurse quickly shut the door and apologized I was immediately escorted back to the waiting room. When I did get to the room all of the tools and equipment were just there on front street including a glass jar with my name written on it, I guess I would have just preferred not to see any of it If not necessary. After the procedure was over I just wanted to leave there as fast as I could I was not comfortable enough to relax I left almost immediately after. I have had to do this once before years ago and the experience was completely different compared to this. Again the people that work there were all pretty kind I did wait there for 7 hours but without complaint because many of the women were traveling from out of state to the clinic was pretty busy so just be prepared to wait...

NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN!! Came in a few years ago and have been traumatized ever since. These horrible people LIED TO ME ABOUT MY BODY I wrote a review but clearly they’ve taken it down and the people have a right to know. The doctor there tried to pressure me to keep an unwanted pregnancy made rude assumptions about me and my decision but here’s the kicker when I told her I still wanted to abort they tried to tell me I was probably going to miscarry so just wait then I went to planned parenthood and they said that I didn’t show any signs of miscarrying! They just wanted to to miss the 10 week mark so that getting an abortion would be more difficult for me when I confided to them that I was already in a bad situation. I will not stay silent these awful people should be ashamed of themselves and shouldn’t be called doctors much less trusted. Now for the rest of my life I have to question if my doctor is telling me the truth or following their own twisted agenda. Whoever’s reading this from the clinic I hope you know you caused and continue to cause serious damage to women all over Greenville I don’t know how they...

I had to go here to get a positive pregnancy test in order for a ultrasound from the doctor. I was 16 when I got pregnant and very scared.( I had already decided i was keeping my baby if I was pregnant. After I took the test in the bathroom I was taken into a room with two other women. One older one younger. I exspected to go over my choices with them. (Adoption, abortion, parenthood) but instead they pulled out a bible and started preaching to me after I kindly told them I was not religious when they ask. They made me feel very pressured to keep my child and I felt like I was going to hell if I didn’t. They continued to preach to me and told me when I said I didn’t know if I could do this “ well have you ever thought about abstinence “. That to me meant “ to bad this is your life now” When my mom came into the room they completely changed there energy. Telling my mom I was strong. Looking back that was inappropriate. This is a “ your choice “ clinic. But I honestly felt like some of the people working there were working there to prevent abortion. They took advantage of my mind because...
