PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. This was the last time I will ever come here and I will make sure to share my experience all over social media so people stop coming and you lose business. I come here almost every other day and every time I get a bad experience because of the rude attitude the woman in the drive thru window gives me for no reason. I understand it's 8 o'clock in the morning but that is uncalled for. This last time was the worst experience. Unprofessional and rude. The main woman there that talks into the intercom always gives you an attitude. My food was nasty and cold. Biscuit is falling apart. Tried calling in and no one picked up. Came back and doors are locked and no one paid attention that someone was knocking at the door. Went through the line and asked for my refund. I had all my food but the biscuits fell apart and this woman thought I ate one of them even though you can clearly see it was broken up from how badly they made them. REFUSED to give my whole refund and also took the food back. I did not get my refund and I promise you I will reach out to whoever I need to so the employees responsible for this get fired. Do these people not understand that you absolutely RUIN someone's morning by being so rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I ordered breakfast on the app at 9:50, my food was supposed to be ready by 10:20 upon my arrival I was told to call to let them know I was there I called and they said few minutes 30min passed nothing I went inside with my daughter and asked kindly this young man was nice he helped but his manager came and started being rude fading his voice at me with attitude for no reason he was upset the young man was giving me new food since the first one was all soggy and cold he slammed my bags on the counter and was embarrassing us I front of other customers his name was harry or Harvey he was the manager. As another worker was taking orders a nice elderly lady asked if there were any grits that manager got sarcastic to both the customer and worker and was saying “if we have grits you would be able to see grits on the menu if we don’t sell grits than they won’t be on the menu” and walked away rudely from her. Read moreThe chicken was good. The service was horrible. It ordered on line. When I got to the store the doors were locked with a sign saying drive through only. Not a problem. I get in line three cars in front of me. When my turn came, I told the person I had placed my order on line and gave my name. I was told to drive up to the window. Once at the window, I was told to drive to the front door and they would bring it out. After waiting 10 minutes, I drive back to the drive through to ask again for my order. I again was told to come to the window, where the same young man who told me to wait at the front says, your chicken just dropped. After two minutes a young lady hands me the chicken and he comes back to say, when I asked what took so long? I thought one of the girls had taken your order out to you. Really, how did you just dropped my chicken when you thought it had been served. This is the second time this has happened. Why order ahead if you still have to wait and no one apologized for forgetting that you are waiting for the food you paid for. Will not go back to this...
