Honestly we were very skeptical walking into a dealership as we’ve only ever bought our cars cash & have been influenced by nightmare stories on shady Hispanic owned dealers in the white horse area but we are so glad we gave this place a chance! They were very clear, practical and walked you through every step of the car buying process. From explaining warranty, to payments etc, it was such a great experience & didn’t take up our entire day. Me and my wife have bought 3 cars from Raigosa auto sale so far they're a 2005 Honda Accord Ex, 2008 Acura TL and the most recent one a 2016 Honda Pilot and all of them been excellent cars. Every time we go to Raigosa to make a payment or for whatever other reason, they always make us feel welcomed there. Everybody always is smiling you get a good vibe when you walk in the ladies at the front desk are always polite. For me customer service is a major role and Raigosa auto sales has it.
