La Unica Panaderia — Restaurant in South Carolina

I’m giving it 1 star because I always run into an issue and I call the main location and nothing is done about it. I went to pick up a cake for my brothers graduation and the lady straight up refused to hand me the cake nor check that my order was there. She didn’t even budge from the counter and told me 3 times that my order wasn’t there and that I might be at the wrong place. Even after showing her the receipt, she just played it off as if I was wrong and told me that their was an order but she was given the wrong name. Then proceeds to tell me that instead of it saying congrats on your graduation it says happy birthday. Not only that but goes ahead and puts two people in front of me without asking... upon ringing my order up she tells me a higher price than what I had to pay and wants to argue that they are never wrong: which obviously they are and not once did she offer me an apology. I’m seriously just taking my money elsewhere where I can be treated fairly and not just as an atm machine. To top it off, parking is a nightmare specially on the weekends. Ok, I just tried to call and no answer. My husband ordered the fresh portable that's not on the menu anymore. She asked what cheese and he told her. Asked for the bread toasted. We'll, gave me a huge hint of the wrong cheese that was I obviously fried until it become freaking rubber! And the avocado ( the little bit there was ) was smashed flag. My husband called to order a cake for my sons birthday. We didn’t leave a deposit because we live 45 minutes away, the lady just called to verify if we still wanted the cake the day before pick up. Glad I didn’t have to drive to leave deposit. The young ladies were courteous and polite to me when I arrived. My son loved his cake.
