Rx Aicha Alaoui/ CVS pharmacy, 644 West Putnam Ave Greenwich, CT, left me with a bitter taste in the mouth! I GOT OFF MY DOCTOR'S office a quarter to seven. He treated me of a bad treated flu sequela, I GOT stuffy nose, couldn't breathe at all, there were moments that I felt the need to inhale thorough my mouth, I was really sick, so this is why I stopped by my doctor's office today Saturday. As I was saying, got off my doctors office around 7 pm, CVS pharmacy closes at 8pm..my prescriptions were sent at 7pm to CVS pharmacy. I took uber at 7:10pm, so, in my mind, I was really sure that I'd get my medicine, like there was no other options but to get your medicine at any cost, and CVS pharmacy would make it happen!!! I arrived at this CVS pharmacy around 7 20pm..i walked straight to the pharmacy and there the pharmacy's cashier told me without even asking my name!!WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR prescriptions, and Run away!! That was like when going to a restaurant to eat, you get seated and you flag you waiter to come over to serve you, but he is like Oh I'm bringing your Food Right Now?? right now???so I just got in/seated/ and someone wants to get me my food ????May be, I miss something right here..when he took my Order???yeap...that is how felt when the cashier said that my prescriptions were taken care of...on the first place, when did he ask me for my name/or to read the prescription sheet I was holding in my hands!!!!!that was odd,,like really very creepy!!!
So, what I did is to ask him if he knew of my prescriptions, and he grabbed my prescription sheet and took it over to the pharmacist...then he came back with my prescription sheet and said that they were taking care of my medicines!!!!at that time was 7:25pm So I waited...until almost 8 pm the cashier acknowledged me and said that The Freaking CVS pharmacy was F.closed and they'd not able to give me any Medicines!!!!!!I I WAS LIKE ARE F SERIOUS!!!!ARE YOU PLAYING SOME PRANK ON ME??
What I saw is that the pharmacist took off her white jacket as soon as the clock hit 8:00pm..wonder if they are so desperate to go home and leaving some loyal CVS customers without their medicines when they were really SICK!!!!! IS THAT PROFESSIONAL CVS ???? IM GOING BACK TO WALGREENS!!! Pharmacist AICHA ALAOUI, YOU NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND MORE...
Read moreI called this pharmacy after my doctor called in a medicine to see the cost. After spending 40 minutes on hold, I figured I was not going to get through to anyone. I drove to the pharmacy instead, only to be told that the medicine I need is out of stock. I asked the lady at the register to check what other CVS store may have this medicine in stock. She had no idea how to check inventory levels of other stores, got overwhelmed and had to call in for backup. Then I had my doctor call in a similar medicine which they had in stock.
At this point, I had been in the store for nearly an hour, plus the 45 minutes I had spent on hold. I waited and waited for them to fill the script. They have 3 people working the pharmacy. Clearly understaffed. They finally call my name to tell me it is ready. Then the pharmacist, by the name of ZESHAN IQBAL, extremely rudely demands that I go to the back of the line to get my medicine - a line I had already waited in 3 times. Thankfully the lady at the register knew how long I had been waiting and took me to the front.
Zeshan - maybe you know your pharmaceuticals, but I doubt it. Giving you the benefit of the doubt on that front, you need some serious customer service training. I have never felt more mistreated in my life. You knew very well I had waited in line many times, not including the 45 minutes of hold time I spent because you were too busy picking your nose to pick up the phone. I can't believe the audacity you have to tell me to wait again. That is 1 star customer service. Zeshan - you bring shame to the...

My Dr called in a Rx yesterday morning. When I went to pick it up in person this morning the clerk said there was no Rx ready for pickup. I ask, "Are you sure? It's a topical antibiotic." Ans: "No. You have no Rx ready."
I figure my Dr called it in to the wrong CVS. I call Dr's office back. He calls it again. I go back to CVS 15 mins later and still no Rx is ready. The clerk says it's probably still being processed by "the system." Ok, I'll try again later in the day.
While running chores I got an automated call from CVS saying my Rx will be ready on May 29th, 10 days from today!!! Weird!!! When I got home 15mins later I called CVS and spoke to yet another and apparently more knowledgeable clerk who said the Rx was filled yesterday and sent out for delivery!! That I should get it today or tomorrow. Neither my Dr nor I asked for delivery and clerk could not say who did. Clerk suggested my wife must have!! LOL. You'd think a clerk at the pick-up window would know my Rx was filled and sent out for delivery and say so. The Rx called in by my Dr this morning was apparently treated as a refill of a Rx that had already been filled. Thus, it could not be filled for 10 days. Silo thinking at its finest. Amazon should get into the...
