Everything was good up until now they ran my mom's credit card for my payment without her permission I'm done after this my mom has absolutely nothing to do with my payment she made one payment for me and now they did this without permission now here recently I've got behind on bills so yes they are one payment behind but get paid every week when I'm paid,so now instead of waiting until I'm paid and I pay a normal late fee they now send there repo guys out so it cost me even more it's one thing when you don't try to pay vrs paying a payment late but still make the payment.i have to say I'll never recommend them too anyone or never rent from them in the future after my furniture and air conditioner is paid off.and another thing their financial management Brandon was told I made arrangements with Casey his response was she is not a manager.well bud I have news she should be she is nice and have people skills buddy's corporate should reconsider because most of these reviews are...

Me and my fiance have a really great experience at this buddy's location! The manager and associate were really really great! They were very friendly very attentive to our needs! They were very friendly and nice and helpful with everything that we needed and made us feel at home in the store and help us with our paperwork and get us what we needed for our own home! Was not very happy. My refrigerator had to be worked on 3 times at least. They did give us a loner, but it took about a month each time they had it. Also as it was getting close to being paid for, they kept telling me I still had 4 more payments. At least 3 or 4 times. It has been paid off for about a month or so. Now the freezer isn't freezing stuff like it should. At least they said it was still under warranty for a year after being paid off. And I will let you know the out come on that when I call them in...
