Poor management!! They run the good aids out the door. So much neglect its not funny. I wittnessed Nelly yelling at a cna. They never have enough help. The new lady Nelly has only made things worse. Get your loved ones out of this death trap. There was a amazing cna who im assuming quit. She went above and beoynd our expectations. She had such compassion for the residents.
