Even during the process of transforming the ring, she made sure I didn't have any surprise costs midway through, and enabled me to not only have a beautiful engagement ring, but used the original gold from Great Grandma's ring to make a matching wedding band, keeping the sentimental value while adding that little extra touch. I got the ring and wedding band in my hands in a very reasonable timeline and during which it received immaculate care. All in all, it was a very special experience for me and my future fiancé and am so glad Christopher William Jewelers was the place I decided to go with in creating a special part of a special future marriage.

My wife and I went here to get some jewelry appraised so we could put the proper amount of coverage on insurance. We ended up going back the next weekend to see about having a custom band made to replace mine. We ended up finding a beautiful solitaire princess cut Dimond to replace the marquise in my wife's band. Then we decided to use the marquise Dimond in my wife's pendant on her necklace. We also found a beautiful 36" bezel set Dimond necklace and a beautiful cross pendant to incorporate into the necklace. I will most definitely add photos after we pick up my wife's and my new custom made pieces. We ended up spending more then we were expecting to but we have been together for 25 years, and my wife deserves it.

This whole venture started with meeting Tess the jemologist there to have jewelry appraised. First off the appraisal was very detailed for the money and we were pleasantly surprised with the values. Tess is very good at what she does and was incredibly helpful with our custom jewelry decisions. According to my wife they are best friends now and have exchanged emails, phone numbers, and Facebook accounts. 🤣🤣🤣

All kidding aside, if you are looking for incredible diamonds and a well informed group of people this is your place. I believe I have another project in the works for them in the future. I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from their Weyers Cave store. I visited 3 other highly marketed competitors just to be given entry level sales people at each store who were clearly pushing the ring that they wanted me to buy which were nowhere near the price range I was looking in, and in one case, not even the style I had asked for. I was so relieved when I visited Christopher William and met with Tess for the first time; she is solely the reason I purchased from Christopher William. Tess is professionally certified to inspect and grade diamonds and was more than willing to teach me what I didn’t know, which was a lot. She listened to what I had to say first as the customer and directed me from there, I was never pushed in any direction that I didn’t want to go. She went to work that day trying to find what I was looking for. I was very particular and asked Tess to keep looking several times, she never complained and was eager to find something that suited me. Needless to say, she found the perfect one and had the diamond set and in store for me to view it. It really came together once I saw it in person! They offer cleaning and most repairs at their Weyers Cave store, so our jewelry never leaves the store when we drop it off and my wife can pick it up the same day.
