Staff has been rude, the maintenance people will get literally in your face if you disagree with their repairs while the repairs are fairly half-assed. If the issue doesn't warrant a safety hazard or cause a problem with the living conditions of the house to where it could cause legal problems if not fixed then they will do their best not to fix it. Longest record for them to fix something is going on 2 years now for a simple fix. The appliances are old and shoddy and will likely need a burner replaced or manual watch to make sure a dial doesn't get stuck and run up your electricity. During inspections it is expected that a membe of the federAL safety commission could come in and lick your walls and not get dirt or anything as teeny food specks caused by splashed water or small rub marks are grounds for failed inspection. Place works in a pinch but don't expect much and be ready to document anythin because you will encounter some shady practices since it's not...

The staff are very unprofessional and have a personal problem with people of other races, single mothers and people who have low income. They look down on others and gossip about tenants in the office. They treat tenants unfairly and poorly. They make up different rules and regulations all the time without warning and threaten the tenants with Eviction all the time. They charge you court fees even if the matter doesnt go to court...etc... This is the WORST PLACE I'VE EVER HAD TO LIVE. They dont allow you to have overnight guests or visitors. They have a problem with children playing outside... Its miserable for a family to try to live here. They need to change it into a Elderly facility. The neighbors are all nosey and sit outside and stare at you. The office staff are all related either by marriage or blood, their all rude and can be disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend NOBODY...

Beware stay away from this place! I have receive letters from guest being over to my apartment to inspection sticker to blinds etc. They are the most ridiculous people I have ever rented from very nosy! The maintenance man go around watching people and making false accusations! If you are a young person stay away this is for older people! I am constantly being harassed at this place. I have fix my AC unit 16 times in the past three years since I have been here it’s never fixed all the way! They inspect your house almost every other month.
