I cannot thank Chasity, Dr. Hall and Natalie enough for the stellar dental care thus far!

I formerly worked in a different dental office for over 16 years and Chasity has been one of my hygienists for over 5 years. When Chasity made the transfer to Dr. Hall’s office, I followed her for continuity of care, as she has always provided immaculate, pain-free cleanings. Having formerly worked with Chasity, and seeing the behind-the-scene things that most patients do not see, I can say with confidence that Chasity truly cares about her patients and does a tremendous job taking care of them!

My 5-year old daughter needed fillings in between her teeth, and had a million questions for Dr. Hall throughout the procedure, but he remained kind and chill, and after it was all done, my daughter let me know that the procedure was no big deal. Providing dental care for anxious children is not easy, so I highly commend Dr. Hall on his patience, and Natalie for her energy and ability to remain sweet throughout the procedure as she assisted Dr. Hall while also finding ways to entertain my daughter.

My interactions with the front office staff, Mandy and Lisa, have been positive. Lisa has always greeted us with a smile and seems to genuinely enjoy interacting with patients. Lastly, the office seems to run on time for appointments and prices are very reasonable...

We were out of town visiting family, my husband had a dental emergency while away from home. Our family that we were visiting recommended Grottoes Family Dentistry, so being out of state and away from his hometown dentist Terry had to make a decision, he could not deal with the very painful situation, he decided to go into the clinic on an emergency basis. From the time we walked into the clinic we felt like home. Dr Dylan Hall and his entire staff treated us like we had been a part of the community and practice for years. It was such a blessing. Dr Hall was able to take care of the cause of the pain and also prescribed antibiotics for the infection that had taken hold. Within a day of so, Terry was up and feeling like his normal self, we were so pleased with the outcome, and would recommend Grottoes Family Dentistry to anyone.
