We went to north beach in this park. Very nice not nearly as crowded as other beaches we been to. It cost 6 bucks per vehicle to park. Debit or credit card only. You use your vehicle license plate number to pay at kiosk. Depending on the tide you may have to venture thru water to get to the beach where we were. There is plenty of parking. Do not let them catch you with alcohol. There is a steep fine if they do. There is pavilions for group gatherings but not sure of any details on how to use.

This is the entirety of the fort. No signage or anything, just this. So if you go, expect a beautiful day at the beach, nature, or fishing from the pier, not to travel back in time with a history lesson. The beach was impeccable, plenty of parking, and plenty of space to set up for the day. There are restrooms and a little shop close by as well, for concessions and souvenis.

My wife and I love it here. Great views of the skyway and any large vessels that may be going by. Nice clear water and fun to fish.

Probably one of the best places if you want to go camping and have a family, but also want a little comfort. Easy access and water and power supplied. Beautiful scenery. And super great prices...
