Primitive Camp — Local services in Gulfport

Great spot to camp with your Troop or Pack during the cooler months. The Mosquitoes can get ruthless without a Thermacell. The area is great with 3 camp spots accommodation to 30 per site. Site 1 up front is more for Cubs but also for tents. Site 2 and 3 is Boy scout and alot of trees for Hammocks and very little for tents. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Other than the swamp smell (it's Florida, next to Tampa Bay, of course it smells), it was great. Good breeze the entire time, the water on site was actually good tasting, and there is a large fire ring for campfires.
