I recently purchased (2) full gram sauce boss carts when they were on sale. One of the carts wouldn’t hit whatsoever on multiple batteries, and some of them kept showing a shortage message. The other cart works perfectly fine on all my batteries, which makes it seem like the original cart is faulty. Because of this, I drove all the way back to the dispensary and informed them what happened and showed it on two different batteries and compared both carts. They tell me they want to “inspect” the cart. The employee put it on a different battery and it wasn’t working and he starts telling me they’re going to replace it. He then went to the back with the faulty cart and brings it out on a sauce boss battery and gives me some excuse saying oh it works on the brands battery, I can only credit you this battery and not a new cart. But clearly my other cart works perfectly fine on all my other batteries. Honestly, this was handed so unprofessionally and it’s inexcusable. Clearly I got a bad cart and brought it back to your business and gave you a chance to fix it, instead I get told they can’t do anything. I’m a buying customer and spend a lot of money at your business and after this interaction I will no longer give you my business. It’s so unacceptable, any other dispensary would have switched out the faulty product instead of this. Read moreOn 2/29/24 I went to High Street Dispensary to purchase a single pre-roll and wound up getting triple charged for the purchase, which was $5 more ($20) than the online price ($15). I was in the store for 10-15 minutes as they ran my two of my cards multiple times at two different kiosks, repeatedly telling me it wasn't my fault and it was a system error on their end. I called that same day, at two different times, to try and resolve the issue and get my money back and never recieved a follow up response. Now, over a week later, I still haven't heard back from anyone from High Street and was forced to go dispute the charges on my card.
It's very frustrating that I was completely ignored and forgotten, especially after the inconvenience in the store and the reassurance that this issue had nothing to do with me. Read moreI think they did an amazing job remodeling the space they moved into! I love how some strains are laid out for people to see and smell. They have more tablets for people to search and place orders on than any other dispensary I’ve been too. Conveniently, a short little walk from my house. Also, opening day was very nice, my mother even came to explore as she is new to all this. I am newish to all of this so still discovering my niche. Thank you so much for implementing a rewards system, it’s definitely something everyone loves! The only thing that kind of bothers me is being a little bombarded by people. I feel as if you tell the people in the vestibule that you are picking up an online order the people on the floor inside should be notified somehow.
