We were in the area to check out the M&M factory, when we saw this burger place at the corner of our eyes. I'm not sure if I was More curious to see the type of burgersđ I had or just to make sure that they actually have 30 different ones. (Truth and advertising ya know) First of all yes they do have 30 different types of burgers. With so many choicesđ it could be difficult to pick one out but I'll go to choices to ask the people working there which one they recommend which rarely fails us. Not that we always go with their choice though. I think the name of the woman that helped us there was Merari. she was very helpful as it was our first time here obviously. She recommended a couple of choices and we picked one. (Update after checking) we also decided to get some fries and a drink đ„€and make this a meal. Mind you we had just eaten about an hour before here. (Got to try everything right?) Since there's no eating inside at this location we ate in the car. However we've set our car up so that we can eat in there comfortably so it's not really a problem anymore. The fries đwere an amazing amount! Many places can get cheap but this place did not! The burger was absolutely one of the best we've ever had and you know if you're following me how many burger places we try... It's a lot! Another reviewer on here commented that the burger had soaked through his bun by the time he got home. I do not disagree with that happening. That is a mistake that we learned from trying to eat take out. In this current condition it's hard to take out certain foods. Better to eat in your car đright away. This burger was well worth it eating in the car not being able to eat inside and for the price This is a great burger with fresh ingredients very tasty beef. No toppings additionally are needed! This location also has the Coke vending machine so you can make tons of different flavored sodas. So far we haven't got up to this part of New Jersey that many times but knowing this place is here, we're going to have to get up here more often If not only then to try the other 29 burgers!

   Read moreThere were 3 large bone fragments in my wife's fried chicken sandwich (see photo). The first one she found chipped her tooth. I'm honestly not sure how bones could have gotten in there because its supposed to be chicken breast.
I called 30 Burger as soon as we found the first bone, at about 8PM on Thursday (9/19). The woman who answered asked if I could wait a moment and I said sure. She put the phone on the counter and proceeded to help some walk-ins. No big deal, they're busy, but after over 5 minutes of waiting (and listening to other customers being served) I figured she forgot me and I hung up.
I called again the next day (9/20) at around 2:30 PM, wanting to make sure I didn't call at a busy time. I explained what happened to the woman who answered and she was apologetic but unable to issue a refund by herself. She said she needed to wait until her manager came in. She took my name and number and assured me her manager would call back when they got in.
No one called me back yesterday (9/20) or today. This honestly kind of surprised me, because I thought they'd be pretty concerned they're potentially sending out food someone could chip a tooth or choke on.
The food that didn't have bones in it was good, the woman I spoke to on the phone was polite, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.
I don't think we'll be ordering from this location again. I know they're opening a new location in Denville soon, so we'll probably be ordering from there from now on. Hopefully they'll do better job with quality control and customer service.

   Read moreMy experience with 30 Burgers was wonderful and I cannot wait to come back and try more of the food. When we first got in we started at the menu board for a while, when one of the cashiers saw us he handed us a pamphlet menu to make it easier to see, it was greatly appreciated. Once we decided on what to eat we ordered and went to find a seat. After a short wait, as there were others who had ordered before us, I grabbed our food and returned to our seats. I noticed that one of the burgers was not as we had ordered and brought it up to the counter to ask them about it, the man who looked to be in charge quickly apologized, looked over to the cooks and said "Another wrong burger?!". This was funny in the way he said it as this is the soft opening and they are expected to make mistakes, he then turned back to me and told me he would bring my burger out as soon as it was ready and apologized again. Once I recieved the proper food it was delicious! The best thing about the entire experience was the food and the atmosphere. The customer service was amazing as well, I hope that they keep the current staff as they had a synergy you wouldn't believe from having been open for less than a week. In the end, this place is awesome, the food is great, the customer service is wonderful, and the atmosphere makes thin gr s even better, I hope they don't change once they acclimate...
