Today was my first time stopping in to this amazing dispensary!!! I had preordered as I always do, they had a deal, 5 pre-rolls for $20!!! I couldn't pass it up, there were sooo many strains to choose from. So I picked my favorites and stopped by. I was greeted politely and welcomed in. Then I went up to the counter and told Becca, I had a preorder. She promptly got my order and she was extremely nice, the type of person that makes you want to come back because of Becca's personality alone, she was INCREDIBLE!!! So it being my first time in, Becca informed me I got 10% off and if I bring a friend, another 10%! What a deal!!! I was able to get another pre-roll because Becca saved me 10%!!! I must say between the amazing deals here and Becca there is no doubt in my mind, I will continue to shop here, prices are AMAZING! Becca also chatted with me about cannabis, she was extremely knowledgeable and everything I look for in a Bud Tender!!! My friend and I (both college age, female) stopped here quick to buy a gift for a family member. The security guy who checked our IDs informed us that there were too many people on the sales floor and we would have to wait in the lobby with him before being buzzed in. We waited patiently and made polite small talk about our favorite products. After a few minutes, he lets us into the main storefront where we buy our products and exit to the parking lot. The security guy from earlier then runs out to us at our car and offers us some free pre-rolls from his personal car. I myself have a couple years of cannabis retail experience, both in the rec and med industry, and know that this kind of offense is a major breach of compliance as set up by the MA Cannabis Control Commission. Not to mention it’s super creepy that this guy was most likely watching the cameras and waited for us to get to our car before swooping in and handing us god knows what in a pre-roll. That was enough to make me never want to back! I would definitely hit up one of the more established dispensaries...

EDIT: Talked over the store with manager on the phone after this post; they did nothing to address the issue.

No return policy. Also, worst selection within 25 miles, and the carts are expensive for what you get.

When I had issue with a product their staff recommended I was told that “no one else has that issue” and that they do not stand by their products via a return or exchange policy. They also failed to disclose this to me at time of purchase (via sign or otherwise); that is a violation of Massachusetts law.

No worries though, I’ve called three other dispensaries in the area and all of them will exchange defective product with receipt. I will simply shop there and recommend the same to...
