The Vac Store — Local services in Hadley

I purchased my first Miele canister vacuum from the Vac Store in Hadley today. I had a wonderful experience. They were very patient with me even though I returned to the store a number of times to ask many questions before I finally decided to purchase a Miele. The store is owned and operated by the Volpe family who really care about their customers which is something that is very hard to find in this day and age. I just took my new vacuum for a test run in my house. The only question I kept asking myself is why did I wait so long to purchase such a wonderful vacuum? I had three people praise their Miele vacuum and that was enough for me to take the plunge and buy one. All I can say is that using the Miele today, made vacuuming sheer joy. The suction is the strongest I have ever had with any vacuum and it is very quiet. The canister follows you around like it has little legs because of the the swivel casters. The On/Off is very easy to use. I really like the dust brush with natural bristles....no more dusting with a dust cloth for me because the smaller size brush fits everywhere! I also got the mini power brush.....what a fantastic tool! All the dog and cat hair from my sofa was removed with ease. The Park-System for holding the telescopic wand is very handy. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vacuum to go to the Vac Store in Hadley and check out the Miele vacuums. The Germans know how to design and build a quality vacuum! I went to The Vac Store and was totally glad I did! It is a small vacuum store but the service, product information, guidance and advice offered was more than expected. I purchased a Miele vacuum that I am extremely happy with. The cost was comparable to other retailers and I purchased it with a lot more confidence in my decision. Each and every interaction I've had with the Vac Store and its wonderful staff has been delightful. I'm an owner of a Miele White Star canister vacuum, and it had fallen into disrepair over the years due to heavy usage and general neglect on my part. With its decreased suction, the time required to vacuum my home had basically doubled, and I started to really miss that 'deep clean' feel. Never fear! I dropped it off at the Vac Store and, after a very speedy turn-around time, was back to sucking up floor grit and cat hair (two cats!) like the model was brand spanking new.
