In mid-may my family and I hit the road for an epic 70+ day trip. Our goal was to visit small businesses and show our support during this time! We stopped on May 18, while driving along highway 92 we saw this roadside stand and figured we needed to stop and take a look. Bonus, there was room for our RV and tow car to park, always a plus. They had fresh fruit, vegetables, honey and more. We didn't need much at this point on our trip but grabbed some pears, carrots and strawberries. It only took a few days for the pears to ripen, and they were juicy and tasted so good. The strawberries were too, and were gone an hour after we bought them. If you are driving by, it's worth the stop!

We spent 8.00 total on two pineapples ($4 each) that we thought looked very good as we were leaving HMB. The insides were rubbery, spongy and were previously frozen. It tasted bad are now in the trash. Pineapples are supposed to be firm. These were limp and not edible. Beware of this place. Not fresh at all.

Stopped by yesterday and bought some peaches and one papaya. Asked for help to choose the papaya but the woman who was working there said “all good” even wasn’t bothered to come and take a look. Ok we bought one, which was around 8$. I paid for peaches separately (they were 5$). Back home I cut the papaya and found out it was spoiled, not good to eat. Threw it away. And thought “ok it was just 8$”. Then I looked at my bank account and saw 15$ transaction for that!! If they’d been closer I’d definitely came back to get my money back. And btw, a lot of their produce look not local as they...
